Forrest A.
Rinehart, age 86, of Centerville,
OH passed away, Sunday, February
5, 2006. Forrest was a graduate of Chillicothe
High School. He was a
graduate of Officers
Training School. Forrest
served in the United States Air Force as a pilot, retiring as a Lt. Colonel.
Following retirement, he worked 10 years at the correctional institute in Chillicothe, then in
supply management at Wright Patterson Air Force Base for 30 years. He was also
a volunteer at the Air Force Museum with over 3,000 hours of service and a
member of the Blue Lodge in Chillicothe,
Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton and Antioch Shrine. Forrest was preceded in
death by his wife, Ruth Rinehart and sister, Virginia Ward. He is survived by
his daughter, Janet Rinehart of Centerville;
brother, Bernard (Shirley) Rinehart of Washington Court House; nephews, Fred,
Mike and Bill Rinehart and 2 nieces, Vicki Hempstead and Cindy Roe. Funeral
services will be held Thursday,
February 9, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral
Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Paul
St. Germain officiating. Visitation will be one hour
prior to the service at the funeral home. Entombment in
David's Mausoleum. In memory of Forrest, contributions may be made to
