Thomas E. “Tom” Stone, age 73, of Groveport, Ohio went to be with the Lord, carried by his “Guardian Angel” on Tuesday August 2, 2011 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital, Columbus.
Born October 19, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio to the late John J. and Viola (Turney) Stone; also preceded in death by an infant son Gary Thomas Stone.

Tom was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, and was a retired Crew Chief for the Air Force. He was a member of both the American Legion and VFW, and attended Gender Road Christian Church.
Survived by loving wife of 50 years Ruth (Minor); son Jeffrey and Terry Stone; brother Charlie Stone; sister Rosetta Winters; special brother Dean and Carol Minor; special friends Kathy and John Harm; many nieces, nephews, other family, and dear friends.
