ZERBY, Tyrone W. 71, of Enon passed away on Memorial day 2010 in his home. He was born July 4, 1938 in Canton, Ohio to the late Glen and Marjorie Zerby. Tyrone retired from the United States Air Force holding the rank of Colonel. After his retirement he ran T.A.C. Enterprise before becoming a member of their board. He was a member of the George Rogers Clark V.F.W. Post 8437. Tyrone is survived by his wife, Alicia, six children; Michael (Christine) Zerby of Germany, Michelle Tirone of Wilmington, Patrick (Michele) Zerby of Wilmington, Caroline (Greg) Morren of Michigan, Tyrone Zerby, Jr. of Michigan, Nicholas Zerby of Enon, two step-children; Meagan Ashley of Enon, and Donnie Tyler of Enon, a sister, Geraldine Nuell of Canton, thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Vincent Zerby. Funeral Service will be conducted 1:00 pm Friday, June 4, 2010 in Wilmington Church of God, 100 R Gordon Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, with Pastor Elizabeth Looney officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow the service in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington. Visitation will be held 6-8 Thursday in the church. Adkins Funeral Home, Enon, is assisting Tyrones family with his final wishes.
